Personal statement
I have dedicated my career thus far to improving healthcare across Africa and Asia, with a focus on digitizing service delivery and commodity distribution. In supporting vaccination and drug administration campaigns, I’ve seen how fragile supply chains and inequitable access to medication and technology have the potential to undermine health outcomes and economic resilience.
As global development evolves, strengthening public-private partnerships and advancing policies which enable sustainable trade will become increasingly important to facilitate equitable growth.
I’m pursuing the Executive Global Master’s in Management at LSE to strengthen my leadership skills so I can build and implement scalable and inclusive technologies in under-resourced settings. Ultimately, I aspire to design and deploy digital public infrastructure that improves the delivery of essential services while laying the groundwork for sustainable, trade-enabled growth. The EGMiM program will help me achieve these goals by equipping me to lead impactful partnerships and by strengthening my strategic and economic understanding of trade policy and global markets.
I am honored to be a recipient of the Hinrich Foundation Global Trade Scholarship and to be joining a community dedicated to building towards a more inclusive global economy. I look forward to engaging with scholars and alumni from diverse sectors and geographies who share my commitment to equity and who can help me deepen my perspective on sustainable trade.
